We won the 3 year "Battle of the Bandwidth"! And we will be closed Tuesday August 20th for the changeover.

For those of you who have suffered with slow Internet speeds, you will get this: Some of you know that we have been battling with the City of Benicia planning, Comcast, and various other upstream providers in order to get something better than 2-4meg DSL speeds on 75 year old copper telco wires out here in Benicia's historic Arsenal District. The city slow-boated the approval (go Benicia!) Comcast slow-boated the construction because they apparently thought that the construction costs outweighed the benefits of providing quality services to over 250 Arsenal business and residential customers (great logic big business!).

Long story short, we got fed up with the run-around and found a provider that can meet our needs. They will be re-provisioning us tomorrow morning (in every day terms, killing our service and turning up our new service). This will effect our phones, Internet, and whatnot for most of the morning. Then we will be setting up all of our infrastucture with the new setup during the afternoon, and ready to roll for Wednesday!

Remember: Priority over 1st come, 1st serve. Which means emergencies (server problems or whole office effected over "can't print" situations) We will be fully staffed and handling all callbacks Wednesday as quickly and as efficiently as we can. So please be patient. All of our clients are extremely important to us, and we promise to not let anyone fall between the cracks.
