Full Managed Service!What this means is that (if applicable for each) we monitor your office for you on a set schedule!
Monitoring service includes:
- Network, and network security- Checking router logs, etc.
- File Server checks and to monitor backups
- Workstation maintenance and security checks
- Minor changes to web/email (if we host or have access)
Small Office Packages: Offices with 1 to 9 computers (including file/print servers)
$30 per monthMedium Office Packages: Offices with 10-15 computers (including file/print servers)
$60 per monthLarge Office Packages: Offices with 16-21 machines (including file/print servers)
$90 per month

* Prices also include calls to us during the month for 20 minute or less phone calls.
** To be eligible for Managed Service, your office MUST have VPN access and high speed Internet.
If you do not have VPN (Virtual Private Networking) installed, we can quote you a low cost solution over the phone or via email.
