Most of our called in services are a flat rate of $75 an hour.

 


However, there are services that we offer that are different. We have listed them below. We also offer free pickup and delivery of your equipment - And in most cases offer same day service. Give us a call and see what we can do for you!

PC Setup

 
We'll setup your new PC and make sure the mouse, keyboard, and monitor, etc. are all working properly. We will also setup and test your printer and any other devices you might have such as digital cameras.
PC Diagnostic

 
Tell us the symptoms and we'll figure out why your PC is not performing as expected. If you decide to have us fix the problem, we'll apply the diagnostic fee to the cost of repairs.
PC File Transfer

 
Have a new computer and need help moving your stuff from the old to the new? Many people have trouble getting all their data off of their old computer and onto the new one. We'll take care of this task for you and get your data files migrated to the new PC in no time.
Broadband Install

 
Get a new broadband (ex – DSL, Cable Modem, T1) connection, but not sure how to set it all up. No worries, order your service and we'll take care of the rest. We'll setup your connection and get you connected to the internet in no time.
Network Setup

$99 for router & 2 devices,
each add’l device is $49
Have multiple PCs that you want to share files? Or maybe a printer or scanner you want to access from more than one PC? We’ll set up a network router and attach your PCs, printers, and any other network devices you may have.

NOTE: There may be additional equipment required at an additional cost.

Learning
PC Training

$85/hr
A one hour, hands-on training session in your home. Based on your needs, we can show you how to use Microsoft Office, surf the internet, connect your digital camera, and more. Typically we schedule no more than 45-60 minute sessions to avoid student overload.
Buying Assistance

$50/Per Item
There are so many choices and options when it comes to buying a computer or computer accessories. How do you know what features and options are right for you? We'll discuss how you typically use your computer and explain the myriad of options, then advise you on what to buy.

 
PC Setup & Repair
PC Software Install  
Need to install a new software application? We will install it for you and make sure that it is working correctly.
PC Restore

$149
plus $49 per each additional application
Some users know what they want -- they just want to start over from the very beginning. We usually see this as a last resort, but with our PC Restore service, we'll re-install your operating system and all the appropriate device drivers, plus up to three applications you provide (ex - office applications, video games, etc). Please provide all OEM disks.

 
Data Services
Backup to DVD

$65
for 1st DVD,
$29 for each add’l DVD
Unfortunately, the stories you've heard about computers crashing and losing all your data are true. It doesn't happen all that often, but when it does, it can be troublesome and costly. We'll make a backup of all your data files on DVDs, protecting you from complete data loss and more costly data recovery services. Each DVD can hold almost 5GB of data. Dual Layer DVD holds almost 8GB of data.

NOTE: No In-Home Service
Automated Backups

$99 + Equipment
Making regular backups of your data is the safest way to prevent data loss catastrophes. We'll set-up your PC with additional hardware and configure it to automatically back-up your data at regular intervals.
Data Recovery

$99/hr
Has your computer crashed and lost your data? No backups? Don't fret too much. Most of the data on your hard disk can usually be recovered without involving expensive rocket scientists in the project.

NOTE: No In-Home Service on data recovery

 
Business Services
Web Site Design

$395 for 1 page
$500 for 4 pages
$100 for each add’l page
We'll create a web site for your business describing your business and the services you offer. This includes professional design assistance, HTML programming, and graphics design. Web Site Design is very specific to each customer, so please call to discuss your specific needs.
Web Site Hosting

We’ll get you a domain name and a web server where you can host your web site, plus up to 50 email accounts for your business. Fees are paid annually; there is no setup fee.
 
Additional Fees

Outside Solano County and East Contra Costa County: $65
Priority Service

25%
applies to Service Fees only
Our standard service is 72-hour maximum turn around on all PC services. However, expedited service is available, based on availability. With Priority Service, we will fix your PC before close of the next business day.

The Priority Service charge also applies to work performed at hourly rates when that work is performed after hours or on Sundays at the customer’s request.
