We often get calls and emails asking questions about our services to our residential and business clients. Here is a list of most of them in an easy to follow list.

  Q: Do you guys take credit cards? A: yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and check.   Q: Some IT Consultants wear suits, how come you guys don't dress more formally? A: We dress appropriately for the majority of the type of work that we will be doing that day. Dress shirts and slacks don't fare well in an oil change bay for example when running network cable :)   Q: why do you give away free help over the phone sometimes and sometimes you ask me to bring in my equipment? A: First of all, nobody likes to be nickel/dimed to death (neither do we), and second, think of your PC/Server like a human patient: when you call your Dr/Advice nurse, sometimes it's ok to give self-help advice, but sometimes we need to see the patient to run tests to find out what ails it before we make a diagnosis and treatment.   Q: You used to make more house calls. Now we have to bring our equipment to you. Why? A. Well, as business increased over the years, it became more productive and cost efficient to work on multiple machines simultaneously while still maintaining a high level of service.
