4. If the customer is not at their home at the scheduled appointment time, it will result in a $25.00 service charge. That will be billed to the address given to BAIC Multimedia and IT Solutions.

5. Returned Checks will result in a $25.00 service charge on top of currently owed balance. That will be billed to the address given to BAIC Multimedia and IT Solutions.

6. Failure to pay a technician will result in legal action take on behalf of BAIC Multimedia and IT Solutions.
